You simply post your job on our international platform. Job seekers can apply free of charge and these applications arrive directly in your mailbox. You can then contact them directly. Job seekers can place CVs in our database. In this bank you can search for your future employees yourself.
Rates
We offer three packages. These are divided into Bronze, Silver and Gold. An overview can be found below.
Price per click
A fourth option is “price per click. You then pay a fee for each job application that arrives in your mailbox. The job posting remains there indefinitely and receives full marketing attention.
Outsource recruitment and selection
Would you like us to take care of the entire recruitment and selection process? That is also possible. We work on a “no cure, no pay” basis. We discuss the vacancy together to get a clear picture of the candidate you are looking for. We then promote the position in our network and actively search for suitable candidates. Once we have a suitable candidate, we conduct an initial screening and interview. We also check references, diplomas, certificates and work experience, after which we draw up a complete profile. If the candidate meets all the requirements, we introduce them to you. You then conduct the interview, and if positive, a second, more substantive interview may take place. When you and the candidate are enthusiastic, you make an offer and offer him or her an employment contract. We charge a pre-agreed selection fee for our recruitment and selection services. Which will be paid in two instalments. 50% at the start of employment and 50% at the end of the probationary period. Should the candidate not pass the probationary period, the last 50% will not be charged.
At the start of an assignment, we charge a modest start-up fee to cover our direct costs, such as promotion and advertising expenses. In today’s job market, these costs are often higher, which is why we charge this fee. Should the candidate be hired, this start-up fee is deducted from the total selection fee. This fee is not refundable if no placement follows.
