Customer Service Agent in Portugal (Dutch/Flemish speaking)

Your responsibilities and impact as a Customer Experience Agent will be:

Supporting customer inquiries by providing service of to their customers while working on choices of projects from top global brands by; * Responding promptly to incoming customer inquiries
* Identifying problems and providing effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction
* Recording customer information accurately in the CRM system
* Providing ad-hoc support as needed
* Being a team player and working together for the success of the team and project.

Skills, qualifications and interests you need to succeed in this position:

* You are fluent in Dutch and have at least B2 level English. * You understand the value and impact of a fine customer experience. * Excellent listening and communication skills * You strive for quality and professionalism * Strong team skills and commitment to joint success * Enthusiasm about intercultural communication and the expat lifestyle * Living in Lisbon or willing to move to Lisbon for an international career and life experience * A valid Portuguese work permit (required)

What’s in it for you?

* Your contract: a long-term fixed-term contract, renewable every year
* Working hours: full-time (40h/week)
* Monday to Friday, availability to work between 7 a.m. and 10 p.m., 8 hours per day (plus one hour for lunch/dinner), on a rotating schedule.

Salary conditions (*) – 2 options:

* Includes free accommodation (shared flat, all bills included): 950€ gross/month * Without accommodation: 1250€ gross/month

For international candidates:

* Reimbursement of your flight costs after 9 months * Pick-up from airport * Annual round-trip airfare to your home country (within EU) * Assistance with paperwork, opening bank account, etc. upon arrival * Free Portuguese lessons, cooking classes, sports activities and social events organized by the company * Real career opportunities in different career paths (*) Compensation during training period if successful (from 1 to 4 weeks): 50% of your hourly wage (lower taxes)
