If you have an EU passport, are willing to relocate for the duration of the summer season and speak English plus ideally another European language, read on quickly! Please note that we have positions available without a driver’s license for candidates who speak Danish, Dutch, Finnish or German. A valid driver’s license and a
minimum age of 21 are required for non-native speakers.

About the position:
* Create special moments for our guests, make them feel welcome and happy and build strong relationships with each of them. * Engage with guests from around the world to identify their needs and make customized recommendations. * Hotel Reps effectively promote and market our experiences to tailor our products to guests’ preferences, aiming to exceed sales goals and increase revenue. They must also be prepared to deal effectively with change and challenging situations to provide the best possible service to our guests. * Service Support Reps effectively deal with change and challenging scenarios and provide crucial support for high-profile cases and hospitalizations. They ensure guests receive appropriate care and assistance, including personal interaction when needed. * Collaborate with colleagues, teams, vendors and partners from around the world and embrace our diverse TUI culture. * Monitor progress with sales and/or service updates and guest feedback. Celebrate successes in meeting sales and/or service goals, resolving issues and providing great service.

You embrace new knowledge and feedback and are excited to learn about our great products and services. * Hotel Reps are highly motivated, goal-oriented individuals with a positive attitude to get results. Dedicated to taking care of guests, selling products that meet their needs and ensuring they have the best experience possible. * Service Support Reps excel in fast-paced and dynamic environments, using multi-tasking and organizational skills to seamlessly handle a variety of interactions with guests and responsibilities. * They turn challenges into opportunities and remain calm under pressure. Proactively identify and creatively solve problems before they escalate. * Communicate clearly and effectively and are able to adapt style to the situation. Keep interactions positive and present confidently in front of an audience. * Fully conversational in English – other languages are helpful. Depending on the position or languages you speak, you may need a valid driver’s license.
