About you:

* You really enjoy spreading positivity, are a great team player and generally just a real people person.
* A very engaging communicator – confident, calm and empathetic in a crisis or difficult situation.
* Flexibility and adaptability are essential, as is the ability to solve problems and work well both independently and in an international team

* Digital skills and willingness to learn about technology needed for work and our products and services….
* You can work flexible shifts, including rotating day and occasionally night shifts.
* You are fluent in Dutch and English and have a driver’s license.

About the position:

* You will support on and around the airport to coordinate daily operations.
* Your goal is during the first and last contact with our guests to fully resolve all questions as best as possible.
* It all starts with discovering guests’ needs and helping them get through the airport as smoothly as possible.
* You give farewell speeches on the buses before guests leave for their resorts.
* You promote the use of our TUI App and feel comfortable using it.
* You can monitor and celebrate your success with regular target updates and feedback results from guests about service at your airport and how well you resolved on-site issues at
