This job is open to people with EU passports who are willing to move to one of our vacation destinations during the summer of 2025. If you speak English and ideally another European language, read on!

About our offerings:

– Seasonal or permanent contracts available with optional winter work opportunities.

About you:

– You are a sociable person with excellent social skills and the personality and confidence to work independently and as part of a small international team.
– Meticulous person with great attention to detail and the availability to plan, deliver and evaluate an international program of activities and events by constantly considering the needs of guests.
– Additional skills such as singing and dancing are appreciated but not essential.
– You feel comfortable communicating well in English and organizing daytime and evening events – other languages are an advantage, but not required.
– You enjoy working in small teams to give all our guests an unforgettable vacation experience.

About the position:

– You will provide a wide range of fun daytime and sports activities while constantly interacting with our guests of all ages and nationalities.
– You will also coordinate and manage the evening program and events for our main highlights of the week.
– You put guests at the center of everything you do by consistently engaging in guest interaction.
– And you will deliver the highest quality service and guest experience in line with TUI standards.
– You will have a high focus on planning and delivering our key daytime & evening events to create a unique and unforgettable ambiance.
